The Daily Whisper asks you one honest question a day on WhatsApp, then writes back to what you said. Over a few weeks you start to see what you're really feeling, what keeps setting it off, and how to respond differently.
Six questions, then a result written for you. Three free days on WhatsApp, no card.
Fine on paper, and off underneath.
Calm on the outside, and loud inside.
If that sounds like you, this was built for you.
Plenty of tools just agree with you. This one is built not to.
It honors how you feel, but not a harsh verdict on yourself. If you write "I'm the problem", it acknowledges the pain and doesn't confirm the belief.
When you're wound up, it brings the temperature down. It doesn't match your panic or help you replay the fight.
It won't make itself the center of your life. It points you back to the people around you, and toward a professional when that's what you need.
It's one perspective, not an authority or a diagnosis, and it is not therapy. If you're in crisis, it points you to real help.
Nothing new to download, and no account. This lives in WhatsApp, where you already are.
Every day, at the time you choose, one question lands in your WhatsApp. It's usually something you haven't asked yourself in a while.
A few lines, a paragraph, a voice note, or a photo of your journal page. Don't edit it. Your reply goes to a curated, evidence-based engine that writes back to you, and it stays private.
The reply is written to what you actually said, with something small to try or think about. A short quiz points your questions at one of eight focus areas, so they're about what you're dealing with. After a few weeks, you start to see what you've been holding on to, and what you're ready to let go of.
Most of us don't need more advice. We need to see ourselves clearly.
Write a little each day and get an honest reply, and patterns start to surface: the same feeling in different situations, the same trigger, the same story you keep telling yourself. Once you can see it, you can start to answer it differently. Doing it daily is what makes it stick.
We organize the techniques into four small steps: Notice, Settle, Reframe and Act. See The Four Whispers, with the research →
It's rarely what you think it is. When I started, I thought I needed to figure out my purpose in life. As I kept writing and getting replies, I realized it was really about self-worth. I wouldn't have found that by thinking harder. I found it by showing up every day and being asked the right questions.
Some people finish feeling lighter and more like themselves. Others find they're ready to talk to a professional, and they get there in their own time, with nobody pushing. Either way, what you work out is yours.

In our first pilot group, 60% were still journaling on day 21. It was a small group, so we're treating it as an early sign.
The questions and replies draw on approaches psychologists have studied. This is everyday reflection, not therapy.
“I kept telling myself I was fine. The questions made me realize I wasn’t, and that it was okay not to be.”Pilot participant, 29
“I thought about talking to someone for two years and never did. After The Daily Whisper, I booked a session. It felt like a natural next step, not a big decision.”Pilot participant, 41, after thinking about it for two years
