Your privacy, plainly explained.

1. What we collect

When you sign up for The Daily Whisper, we collect only what we need to run your programme:

• Your name, so we can address you personally
• Your WhatsApp number, so we can send your daily reflections
• Your preferred delivery time and timezone, so your question arrives when you chose
• Your answer to "what made you come here today?", if you chose to share one. Entirely optional, used only to shape your first questions.
• Your gender, if you choose to share it. Entirely optional, used only to understand our audience in aggregate.

When you engage with the programme, we also store:

• Your journal entries, the replies you send each day, whether typed, spoken as a voice note, or sent as a photo of your handwriting
• Your mood scores (1 to 5), if you choose to send them
• Enough conversation context for The Daily Whisper to respond to you thoughtfully

If you buy a paid programme, payment is handled entirely by Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers; we keep only a record that the payment happened.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photo library, or any other information from your device.

2. Who (and what) can see it

No person reads your journal entries. Not our team, not anyone else. They are stored privately and never shown to another human being.

To write back to you, your replies are processed by our AI provider (Google Gemini), the same way a message you send to any modern assistant is processed to generate a response. That processing exists solely to craft The Daily Whisper's replies to you. Your entries are not used to train AI models, and they are never shared with advertisers or anyone else.

3. What we never do

• Sell your data to anyone. Ever.
• Share your information with advertisers
• Use your journal entries for any purpose other than running your The Daily Whisper programme
• Show your replies to other participants
• Send you marketing messages from third parties

4. How to delete everything

You are in full control of your data. To permanently delete your account and everything associated with it, simply reply DELETE to The Daily Whisper directly on WhatsApp at any time. We'll ask you to confirm once (so a stray word can't erase your journal), and then it's done.

All your data (your name, number, journal entries, mood scores and conversation history) is permanently and irreversibly removed, immediately.

5. Where it's stored

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use no advertising integrations and connect to no data brokers.
